"Counterfeiting Emotions" old poem

You can travel around the world
But you wont learn everything you need to know
And all the things that matter most.

My heart falls and it hit's the floor
And as you grind that knife right through my door.
It all appears as good as gold

Counterfeiting emotion
is depleting
And all is syndicate
The arms of weak begin to give
And all is over with
As soon as you
let it drop

My hearts beating faster, even though its on the ground
The last phone call you gave me
Was not even a sound
How the silence use to kill me more
But like monsters who claim so real
they couldn't show me fear to feel

And as the age of evolution
Is completing
And all is a rage race
The weapon in my head is dead
And all this mayhem pended
Is all about to end

With each and every second
It takes me farther from myself
Tomorrow brings me into someone else
But maybe one day, if you leave me a sign out
It might lead me back to you
But I don't want to end up back without the truth

And as you lurk, inside my head
in imagination
And all is make believe
The night is born in status quo
But you don't even know
Lead the universe to implode

And as the stars come flying down
I will have already been dead
But don't you lie to me, ever again
